Conditions of sale of Compagnie des Bois

Reservations are made according to these conditions of sale.

You are invited to read them carefully as you will be asked to accept them to validate and guarantee your reservation.

Terms of cancelation

You will find, in the box below, the amount of fees charged in the event of cancellation.

If your reservation includes a reservation fee, please note that these are non-refundable.

It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of cancellation has arisen.

Cancellation fees

You confirm the cancellation of your stay:
- at least 30 days before the planned arrival date: no cancellation fees
- between 5 to 30 days before the planned arrival date: 50% of the amount of the stay
- less than 5 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the amount of the stay

In the event of a NO SHOW (you do not show up, you do not tell us): 100% of the amount of the stay

Taxes

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes/VAT.

Special Responsibilities

We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident or theft in the parking lot or within the grounds of the Domaine.

Arrival time / Departure time

You are invited to arrive at our reception no later than 9:00 p.m.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room no later than the time indicated below. Billing for an additional night may result from non-compliance with this departure deadline.

It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the reservation form to advise of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

Payment and validation of the reservation

You will find, in the box below, the financial commitment that will be required from you to validate and guarantee your reservation.

Payments must be made either with a VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD card through the secure Internet pages of the PayPal service), or by means of a bank transfer. Your account will be debited in the currency indicated in the box below.

In the case of payment by credit card, all data exchanged during the procedure is encrypted with an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. In addition, the processing of this transaction being operated by PayPal (data security and encryption), you are assured that we are never in possession of your banking details.

In the case of a bank transfer, instructions for making the transfer will be communicated to you in your confirmation email.
Generally, this payment must be made within 24 hours of your reservation.

Any extras (bar, breakfast, wood, etc.) which are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.

Payment and billing currency

All stays are payable in cash at the time of booking. The full amount of additional charges related to your stay is payable after your arrival.

Electronic payment interface

Secure online payment is provided by PayPal using its PayPal solution.
At no time are card numbers passed through or stored on our servers, which guarantees you the best payment security.
PayPal carries out the overall management of online payments, from the acquisition of the card transaction on the Internet to the delivery to the bank. After registering their order and delivery details, the Internet user chooses to pay for their purchase online by clicking on the logo corresponding to their payment card (CB, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.) displayed on the merchant site. A link is then created with the PayPal space payment server which manages the different stages of the transaction according to a secure exchange protocol encrypting the information (SSL: Secure Socket Layer).
